Leprechaun Arborvitae

Leprechaun Arborvitae, a recent winner of the Farwest Show’s 2022 Retailers Choice Awards, is a slow-growing, upright evergreen with softly textured foliage, which retains its deep green color summer through winter and is deer-resistant. Leprechaun has a compact habit making it perfect for hedges or screens and doesn’t get as large as Green Giant, making it a good choice for smaller spaces. Zone 4 takes sun to part shade. Leprechaun was discovered by Frank Kogut of Kogut Nursery in Connecticut.
