Bouteloua gracilis Blonde Ambition

Bouteloua gracilis Blonde Ambition stands out with its chartreuse flowers that mature to blonde “eyebrow-shaped” seedheads that rise above attractive blue-green foliage. It’s won numerous awards, including Best New Perennial/Grass at the Farwest Show and the Plant Select distinction. As a North American native, it’s suitable for a wide range of landscape uses and tolerates tough conditions once established, including heat and drought. It grows up to 30 in. in mature height, prefers full sun and is hardy to USDA Zones 3 to 10.
