BioWorks announced the appointment of Jason Miller as Director of Sales and Distributor Relations Manager. In this role, Jason will lead BioWorks’ North American sales strategy with a focus on aligning biological solutions to grower production systems while strengthening channel and distributor partnerships. Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in the greenhouse, nursery and specialty agriculture markets. Most recently, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Branded Technology and Biological Solutions at Wilbur-Ellis, where he managed a portfolio of bio-pesticide, herbicide and plant health products. Prior to Wilbur-Ellis, Jason spent more than 15 years with OHP, Inc., where he held roles including Regional Sales Manager, Western U.S. Team Leader and Interim Director of Sales. 

McHutchison 
McHutchison has promoted David Clark to western regional sales manager, overseeing sales strategy, team leadership and regional growth initiatives across the western U.S. David joined McHutchison in 2022 as a sales representative for Southern California. He’s served key roles in his family’s retail and wholesale floral businesses, as well as senior leadership positions across several organizations in the horticulture industry prior to his arrival at McHutchison.

Oasis Grower Solutions
Oasis Grower Solutions, a division of Smithers-Oasis, announced that Jason Deschaine joined the Oasis Grower Solutions team as Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast U.S. sales territory. He’s responsible for the region that was managed by Sharon Warschauer, who retired in December of 2025. With 30 years of sales and territory management in horticulture-related industries, Jason’s extensive career encompasses many industry segments, including distributors, independent nurseries and garden centers, big box stores and landscape supply wholesalers. GT
