AdeptAg Acquires Bellpark

Bellpark Horticulture, which has been providing the horticulture industry with automation solutions for more than 20 years and is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, represents numerous leading greenhouse automation manufacturers, such as Visser Horti Systems, Logitec Plus, Mayer, DryGair, Unifortes and KG Systems.

The AdeptAg name may still be new to you—the company was founded this year by Rick Parod, an executive with years of experience in agriculture and especially irrigation. Rick’s goal? Offer the North American controlled environment agriculture industry a consolidated platform of technologies. That's what led him to make his first acquisitions this year, AgriNomix and Zwart Systems. Bellpark makes No. 3.
