BonarAgro Acquisition Finalized

Last July, Low & Bonar announced its intention to sell its BonarAgro business and associated production unit in Lokeren, Belgium to the International Fibres Group (IFG). This past November, the sale between Low & Bonar and IFG went through, and the newly formed company changed its name to IFG Cresco NV.

During the transition, the company is working behind the scenes on the re-branding of their agro-textiles. They have also decided to revamp their Phormium brand, bringing it back into the foreground. More details will be announced in early 2018. GT
