AFE Announces New Officers & Trustee Appointments

The American Floral Endowment (AFE) announced the new Chairman of the Board, Officers and Trustees appointments.

Assuming the Chairman of the Board position from Ken Young of Phoenix Flower Shops is David Garcia of the Pete Garcia Company. Other new Executive Committee appointments include Bill Foster as AFE’s Treasurer/Secretary; Laura Shinall assuming the Floral Marketing Fund Chair position; and the appointment of Art Van Wingerden to the AFE Executive Committee. The Young Professional Council Advisor to the Board position, held by Dr. Melinda Knuth, also transitions to Dr. Joshua Craver from Colorado State University. GT
