Blooms of Bressingham
Showy and floriferous! Lychnis Petite Jenny offers a great compact habit, 14-in. tall and 18-in. wide. Covered with masses of fluffy pink blooms from mid-May into fall atop erect, leafy stems. It has a longer blooming period due to the flowers being sterile. Easy-to-grow. Suitable for smaller gardens and containers. Flowers attract bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and are deer resistant. The fruit’s red color with dark green overlay/striping gives it its “chocolaty” appearance. The indeterminate plants continue to produce firm, crack-resistant fruit all season for a long harvest window. It also offers higher disease resistance than similar striped cherry varieties.
