Diane Noecker has been named director of sales and marketing for the landscape division of Netafim USA, overseeing strategic direction and managing the field sales force. Diane most recently served as the director of customer lifecycle management at AT&T and previously held senior marketing roles in the irrigation manufacturing industry for 11 years.

PanAmerican Seed/Ball Seed/Ball Ornamentals
John Cotton is joining PanAmerican Seed in the new position of product development representative after serving as a sales representative for Ball Seed since 1992. Replacing John in the Northern New Jersey territory will be Gene Stickley. Gene comes to Ball after seven years with Henry F. Michell, where he has been a sales representative in the Northeast. Previously, Gene was a sales rep for a few years with what is now Syngenta, selling in Maryland and New Jersey.

Carrie Chang has returned to the Ball Seed sales force to service the Oklahoma and Northeast Texas territories, including the Texas Panhandle, after a brief hiatus and a stint with Express Seed.

Jack Hildinger, Jr. comes to Ball from Premier Horticulture, where he’s been a technical sales manager for the Southern U.S. Prior to this, he also represented McHutchison, Henry F. Michell, and BWI in Northern Texas. Early in his career, Jack gained production greenhouse experience in Oklahoma, producing bedding plants, potted flowering plants, and foliage. Jack’s territory will be Northeast Texas.

John McKenna is joining Ball Ornamentals as the southeastern sales representative. Previously, John was with the McHutchison Company, Vaughn Seed Company and Shemin Nurseries.

Spectrum Technologies
Rob Knapp joins Spectrum Technologies, Inc. as the new horticulture specialist. Rob’s responsibilities will include consulting, educating and promoting research to our nursery, greenhouse and vegetable industry segments. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the Southern Illinois University and has more than 20 years of experience selling soilless growing media, fertilizers and pesticides to nurseries and greenhouses.
