Wisconsin Green Industry Federation Announces 2010 Hall of Fame Award Winner

The Wisconsin Green Industry Federation (WGIF) will honor the late Bob Walkoe with the 2010 Hall of Fame Award. Bob was owner of Landscape Associates, Inc. for more than 30 years and worked for McKay Nursery Company for more than 45 years. During his career at McKay, he sold more than $6.5 million in nursery stock, which demonstrated his passion for trees.

Bob passed away in January 2005, survived by his wife Nancy, his daughter Julie and her husband Peter Lambert, his sons William and Christopher, and several grandchildren. The Hall of Fame Award will be presented during the WLCA/WCMA Awards Banquet on March 20, 2010 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. GT
