Eggplant ‘Gretel,’ a 2009 AAS Winner, was bred by Seminis Vegetable Seeds. The glossy white mini-fruit is produced in clusters and can be harvested in 55 days. ‘Gretel’ is sweet with tender skin even if mature beyond the ideal size of 3 to 4 inches.
